I am writing to share my experience with the eride pro 2.0 ss, which I purchased to commute to and from work following an accident. Unfortunately, I have encountered several issues with the bike. The wheels are not the size advertised; only the front wheel is a 19-inch wheel, while the rear is an 18-inch wheel. Consequently, tires I purchased based on the specifications on their website did not fit. I contacted the company to request a replacement wheel, but the representative, Johnathan, suggested that I purchase a tire that fits the existing wheel instead. He also mentioned that their tires are superior to Shinko tires. Despite the problem, he only offered a breif apology. I researched various brands before choosing this eride, and I was influenced by positive YouTube reviews. However, I did not anticipate these issues. Considering the lack of support and unhelpful assistance, I strongly advise against purchasing an eride if you seek a reliable bike and a supportive company. I plan to sell this bike once I resolve the battery issue and switch to a 79 falcon pro, which, according to Reddit, offers excellent tech support. If you require a dependable mode of transportation or desire a long-lasting bike, eride may not be the ideal choice. I hope this information assists anyone considering an ebike purchase. For those seeking a reliable ebike experience, eride may not be the best option, as they may not provide adequate support. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience to prevent others from encountering similar issues.
Upon arrival, I discovered several issues:
* The bike had noticeable scratches that appeared to have been poorly covered with a Sharpie marker.
* A bolt was missing from the throttle housing, in addition to other scratches visible in the attached picture.
My experience with REV Rides, the company I purchased it from, was excellent, and they promptly filed a warranty claim on my behalf. However, E Ride has been unhelpful and unapologetic. They did not consider this a significant customer experience issue and only offered to send paint to cover the marked scratches. (which I still have yet to receive)
While I initially contacted Eride Pro for the missing throttle housing bolt, I ultimately had to purchase the correct one from a local bike shop.
My overall customer experience with Eride Pro has been less than satisfactory. The bike runs great and is nice to ride; however, if I had known about these issues beforehand, I would have purchased from a different company due to the poor customer service and their lack of accountability for sending a product with sloppy cosmetic fixes. Think twice before you purchase from them.
About us
E Ride Pro is a high-performance, off-road electric moto that’s engineered for thrill-seekers and adventure lovers. With powerful motors, swappable lithium batteries, and top-tier components, it delivers an exhilarating ride without compromising sustainability.
Key Features:
• Powerful Motor & Speed: Depending on the model, the E Ride Pro delivers impressive acceleration. For example, the Pro SR version has a 10 kW rated / 25 kW peak motor and goes from 0–30 mph in just 1.8 seconds.
• Long-Range Battery: The Pro SR uses a 72 V 50 Ah (3600 Wh) swappable Samsung lithium battery, giving a range of around 62+ miles at 25 mph (and even more at lower speeds).
• Fast Charging: From 20% to 90% battery takes about 3.5 hours on the Pro SR.
• All-Terrain Capability: Designed for off-road performance — it has durable suspension (FAST ACE sport suspension), rugged tires (19” front, 18” rear on the SR), and a strong frame for tough terrain.
• Regenerative Braking: Helps recover energy under braking, improving efficiency and control.
• Lightweight & Durable: For the SR model, the bike itself weighs around 183 lbs, while being able to carry up to 302 lbs.
• Eco-Friendly: Zero-emission electric design — perfect for riders who want high performance without the environmental impact of gas-powered bikes.
• Customizable & Smart Controls: Some versions (like the SR) feature Bluetooth-enabled controllers, so you can tweak performance settings from your smartphone.
• Design & Build: Reinforced frame and swingarm, plus a CNC aluminum sprocket and race chain make it strong, reliable, and ready for adventure.
• Warranty: Comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.

The E Ride pro company seems more like family to me, especially after making sure my riding journey was a success.
